The Menomonie Athletic Booster Club donated $28,000 to the Menomonie High School Athletic Department during the annual Evening with the Coaches fundraising event held March 28 at Stout Craft Co. William “Bill” Charles Hansen, Jr., 81, Menomonie, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Eau Claire. Bill was born February 5, 1945 in Irvington, WI, a son of the late William, Sr. and Orpah (Hill) Hansen. At the age of two, the family moved to N. Menomonie. Bill graduated from Menomonie High School and went on to pursue several vocations. He ultimately took a position at UW-Stout where he spent nearly 40 years. Throughout his life, Bill was
