Roger Mark Hillestad, age 67 of Durand, died Friday, February 6, 2026 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Eau Claire surrounded by his family. Roger was born December 28, 1958 in Menomonie. He graduated from Menomonie High School. After graduation, Roger enlisted and served in the U.S. Army. City Council approves rental ordinance
