Phyllis Marie Williams, age 83, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI. She was born June 11, 1942, in Menomonie, WI. She attended Hudson Road Grade School and later graduated from Menomonie High School in 1959. While growing up, she loved riding her horse Mazy. Dunn County Jail inmates earn high school equivalency diplomas
