Join UW-Stout’s Middle School Robotics Team!

MMS students in grades 6 - 8 are invited to join STORM Surge, UW-Stout’s FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics team!

Students will design, build, and program robots while learning teamwork, strategy, and problem-solving — all with guidance from UW-Stout student mentors. This is a fantastic way for students to explore engineering, programming, business, marketing, and teamwork while building leadership skills.

Team Details:

• Who: Grades 6 - 8

• When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30 - 7:00 PM

• Starts: September 30, 2025

• Where: UW-Stout
