DATCP, DOR Issue Guidance on Cash Transaction Rounding

Pamela Nosko
Pam passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. She was born on November 23, 1943, in Connorsville to John and Christella (Martinson) Nosko and they later divorced. She attended Connorsville Grade School and graduated from Boyceville High School in 1961. Her senior year she was crowned homecoming queen. After graduation Pam worked at Friday Canning Factory, then went to Brockway Glass in Minnesota. She also worked at Kmart, Goodwill and Schmidt Prototype in Meno

Kenneth D. Thibado Sr.
Kenneth Dale Thibado Sr., age 77, passed away peacefully Monday, April 6th, 2026, with his loving family by his side. He was born in Menomonie, WI to Doris (Edwards) and Wayne Sr. Thibado on March 22, 1949. Ken grew up on the family farm, attended the Dunnville School, Downsville Elementary, was very active in FFA while in High School. He graduated from Menomonie High School in 1967. Dunn County offering free well testing
Dunn County officials want 300 people with private wells to have their water tested free for nitrates this summer. “The well water sample will be analyzed for nitrates by the Dunn County Health Department Water Lab, and for this specific program, this is done at no cost to the participant,” said Heather Wood, Dunn County water resources specialist.
