Free Winter Parking! From December 15 through January 18, visitors and residents can enjoy free parking at all city meters north of Wilson Avenue in downtown Menomonie. State of Wisconsin Expands MOVE OVER LAW. Drivers in Wisconsin are now required to move over or slow down when approaching disabled vehicles on the side of the road.
