Menomonie High School announces 2026 Homecoming Court

Menomonie High School is celebrating Homecoming this week. Seniors voted to select this year's Homecoming Court to represent the Class of 2027.
2026 Court Members are:
Eleanor Beck - Daughter of Emily and Dave Beck
Cassiah Casey - Daughter of Cassandra and Ramiah Casey
Jai Hasse - Daughter of Anne and Jason Hasse
Rylee Hintzman - Daughter of Sam and Stacy Hintzman,
Ellie Zydowsky - Daughter of Joe and Jill Zydowsky,
Aiden Anderson - Son of Craig and Sara Anderson
Aaron Howard - Son of Nick and Melissa Howard
Cody Schaefer - Son of Rodney and Sarah Schaefer
Bruce Behrend - Son of Tom and Jenny Behrend
Bricin Leisses - Son of Tammy and David Leisses

The King and Queen will be crowned at the Homecoming Coronation Ceremony on Friday, October 2nd.
This year’s Homecoming theme is “Around the World, Menomonie: Making its Mark!”
During Spirit Week, classes dressed up according to different themes, played games, created skits, and decorated the school to win the class spirit award. This year, they also hosted a Penny Drive competition to raise funds for the non-profit ‘Save the Children.’
The Homecoming Parade will begin at 4 pm on Friday at the Leisure Services Center. The route can be found at the end of this post.
Menomonie football will host the Wisconsin Rapids Red Raiders at 7:00 pm on October 2nd at Don and Nona Williams Stadium. During halftime, the Grand Marshal of the parade, Mr. Randy Stokke, the Homecoming Court, and their parents will be presented. The MHS Cheer and Stunt team will perform a routine. The winning parade float will be announced along with the winning class of all MHS Homecoming competitions.
Homecoming is sponsored by the MHS Student Council, led by President Ellie Beck, Vice President Liam Wachewicz, and advisors SylvieMae Boughton and Pete Smith.
