MHS Class of 2026 Graduation - May 24th
Link to live stream and program Two hundred thirty-nine seniors are set to graduate from Menomonie High School on Sunday, May 24th, at 2 pm in the school gymnasium. Tickets are not needed to attend. Five seniors - Grace Edenborg, Madeline Horvath, Miles Ogden, Luke Pember, and Noah Slaback - have been named valedictorians of the MHS Class of 2026. Bauer Built, Inc. (Corporate Offices in Durand, Wisconsin) would like to announce Amelia Weber from Menomonie High School as one of the winners of the G.F. “Sam” and Ethel V. Bauer/Bauer Built, Inc. Menomonie Athletic Booster Club donates $28,000 to MHS athletics
The Menomonie Athletic Booster Club donated $28,000 to the Menomonie High School Athletic Department during the annual Evening with the Coaches fundraising event held March 28 at Stout Craft Co. The event featured a trivia competition among teams representing varsity sports at MHS, with the winning team earning $1,000 for its program. This year’s winners represented the boys golf team. King and Queen crowned at 2026 MHS Junior Prom

MHS 2026 Prom Court
Menomonie High School will hold the 2026 prom this Saturday, April 25th. The theme for the evening is "A Night with Gatsby". Members of the prom court have been revealed ahead of Saturday’s event. The prom court consists of MHS juniors Elsa Bowman, Jai Hasse, Jasaiah Lor, Ellie Zydowsky, Aidan Aure, Bruce Behrend, Ari Delong, and Aaron Howard. Individual pictures can be found below. Menomonie football coach Mike Sinz leaving after five seasons
Head varsity football coach Mike Sinz has informed Menomonie High School Activities Director Matt Riley of his intention to leave the Menomonie Football Program at the end of the 2025-26 school year. Along with any other unfilled school vacancies for next year, a comprehensive search for a new varsity football coach for the Menomonie Mustangs will begin immediately. Mustang boys basketball wins sectional semi-final, sectional final set for March 14th
Update: the boys won the semifinal game on Thursday night by defeating the New Richmond Tigers. The following is from the MHS announcements. Menomonie Mustangs Boys Basketball Team Got it Done last night defeating New Richmond 83-77 and advanced to the Sectional Final on tomorrow with the winner advancing to State! Leading the way for the Mustangs was Tyler Nelson scoring 20 points and Jake Rue 17 points. The Mustangs will be playing West Salem at Arcadia High School.
