Amelia Weber awarded G. F. “Sam” and Ethel V. Bauer/Bauer Built, Inc. Scholarship

Bauer Built, Inc. (Corporate Offices in Durand, Wisconsin) would like to announce Amelia Weber from Menomonie High School as one of the winners of the G.F. “Sam” and Ethel V. Bauer/Bauer Built, Inc. Scholarship Award.
Bauer Built introduced this program in 1994 in commemoration of their 50th Anniversary and in honor of their founders, G.F. “Sam” and Ethel V. Bauer. Amelia will be awarded $2,000 upon completing her first semester of post-secondary education.
Since 1994, Bauer Built has awarded $192,000 in scholarships.
Amelia is the daughter of Diana Anderson and the granddaughter of Linda Smith. Linda is an Administrative Assistant, working out of the Retread Administration Department in Durand. Amelia’s plans are to attend Marquette University to obtain a degree in Exercise Physiology, and then continue on to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist.

Bo Haubrich from Danville Jr/Sr High School in Danville, IA
Bauer Built has been in business for over 80 years, servicing the Midwest with tires and expanded light mechanical services , including 49 tire locations, 6 Michelin Retread Technology retread plants, and 3 wheel-refinishing operations.
