Hoof Beat Therapeutic Healing Center is looking for volunteers. Whether you’re comfortable around horses or prefer to help behind the scenes, there are many ways to make a difference. You don’t have to be a horse expert — you just need to be dependable and willing to help. You can contact the center on Facebook or at hoofbeathealingcenter@yahoo.com.

Legally harvested deer can be donated to Stepping Stones, and they can be processed for free. Learn more about Wisconsin's Deer Donation Program HERE.

From the Dunn County Facebook page: Beginning November 1, 2026, certain court and Sheriff’s Office fees will increase statewide under 2025 Wisconsin Act 179. The changes affect several services, including civil and small claims filings, family court motions, probate matters, occupational license petitions, court record searches and Sheriff’s Office service fees. These increases are established by state law and are not set by Dunn County. The amount charged will depend on the type of case or service requested. Review 2025 Wisconsin Act 179 for additional information.
