Ann Louise Harrington was born on May 17, 1937 in Portland, Oregon, to Mary Foster and Norman Harrington. She and her younger sister, Judith, grew up in Oregon and Northern California. This 5-day event will transform the community with large-scale murals that tell the rich history of our area through art. This morning, we were lucky to celebrate Arbor Day in beautiful spring weather as we presented the Friends of Forestry Award to the Menomonie Public Library!
