Slow moving vehicle signs available free of charge
To raise safety awareness and potentially save lives, Slow Moving Vehicle (SMV) signs (the large orange triangles) are being distributed to farmers free of charge through a partnership involving Marshfield Clinic Research Institute’s National Farm Medicine Center and Dunn County Emergency Management. Dunn County approves 'accessory dwelling unit' plan to address lack of housing

Dunn County adds new harm reduction public health kiosk
The Dunn County Health Department now has a harm reduction kiosk available for the public located inside the front door. This free, self-serve kiosk contains items such as Naloxone, fentanyl test strips, gun locks, hygiene kits, and medication disposal bags. These materials are part of an evidence-based strategy to reduce unintentional opioid overdose deaths in our community. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has informed the City of Menomonie that Zebra Mussels have been found in Lake Menomin.
