Two arrested on multiple charges in September incident

Follow-up to motorcycle pursuit 09/19/2025. Based on follow-up investigation and in collaboration with Hudson P.D., Baldwin P.D., and the St. Croix Co Sheriff's Office, two individuals have been arrested and charged in this incident. They are:

Parker J. Rousar, 19 of New Richmond: Felony Fleeing, Display False Registration Plates, Reckless Driving, Speeding on Freeway.

Ivan X Cunningham, 29 of Baldwin: Felony Fleeing, Operating While Revoked and IID violation. Cunningham has similar charges pending in St. Croix County for a separate incident.

ORIGINAL POST

On 09/19/2025, two motorcycles were encountered traveling on I-94 in excess of 130 mph. These motorcycles fled from law enforcement, continuing to drive recklessly. One of the motorcycles (pictured) displayed a fake Wi plate.
