Notes for the Week - July 30th

The Caring Closet will be open on Saturday, August 1st, 10am-noon and Wednesday, August 5th, 5-7 pm. All clothing is donated and free to whoever needs it. Donations (gently used clothing and bedding) are accepted during open times. The Caring Closet is located in the basement of the New Life Nazarene Church at 1002 8th St, Menomonie. The Foster Closet is looking for back-to-school donations. Currently their biggest needs are Sharpies, black dry erase markers, 10-count washable markers, and new shoes.

The Menomonie Theater Guild's summer production of Alice in Wonderland Jr. opens this Friday. Director Katie Talberg and one of the stars, Hailey Bien, appeared on WEAU this week to talk about the show. You can watch the clip HERE.
