MHS holds signing day celebration for student-athletes


On Wednesday, April 17th, eight Menomonie High School seniors signed letters of intent committing to play sports at the collegiate level next year. From L-R in the above picture are Madison Lehman, Brooklyn Hoff, Ryan Dingwall, Kahne Johnson, Brayten Casey, Charlie Behrend, Elizabeth Kyles, and Mary Berg. Missing from the picture is Sammy Jacobsen.

Charlie Behrend will be playing football at UW Stevens Point. Charlie is pictured with his parents Tom and Jenny Behrend.




Mary Berg will be playing basketball at UW Stout. Mary is pictured with her parents Stacy Lee and Mike Berg.




Brayten Casey will be a Golden Gopher next year wrestling at the University of Minnesota. Brayten is pictured with his parents Cassandra and Miah Casey.




Ryan Dingwall will be at UW River Falls competing in track and field. Ryan is pictured with his parents Michelle and Bill Dingwall.




Brooklyn Hoff will be at UW Stevens Point competing on both the cross-country team and the track team. Brooklyn is pictured with her parents Cheryl Hoff and Allen Hoff.




Kahne Johnson will be playing baseball at UW River Falls. Kahne is pictured with his parents Melinda and Jason Johnson.




Elizabeth Kyles will be playing basketball at St. Catherine University in St. Paul. Elizabeth is pictured with her parents Christine Kyles and Eric Kyles.




Madison Lehman will be running cross country and track at UW Eau Claire. Madison is pictured with her parents Christine and Trevor Clements.



Sammy Jacobsen will be playing basketball next year at UW LaCrosse. Sammy is the daughter of Patty and Jeff Jacobsen.
