Mental Health and Wellness Action Team supported by Community Foundation

On September 18, 2025, the Community Foundation of Dunn  County awarded the Health Dunn Right Coalition’s Mental Health and Wellness Action Team  (MHWAT) $2,000 to host the “Breaking It Down: System Silos and Mental Health Stigma”  community networking event.  

Why This Matters 

Mental Health exists on a spectrum and is something all community members have, like their physical health. By hosting a community networking event, MHWAT hopes to bring community partners together to break down system silos and start the conversation to normalize the spectrum of mental health and wellbeing in our community. 

The event is planned to have: 

• Community partner networking  

• Green Bandana Project promotion and outreach 

• Lived experience speaker panel  

• Discussion  

• Refreshments  

• And more!
