Beware of dust/debris during construction at UW-Stout Lot 1

Please be advised that construction activity will be taking place in Lot 1 beginning today and continuing through the summer. This work may result in temporary dust migration and small debris in and around the construction area, even with dust mitigation measures in place.

While contractors will be implementing dust control efforts throughout the project, individuals parking in Lot 1 or adjacent to the construction zone should be aware that dust or debris may settle on vehicles. UW-Stout and the contractor are not liable for damage to vehicles resulting from dust, debris, or other construction-related impacts, and claims related to these conditions will not be accommodated.

Parking in or near the construction area is at your own risk.
