Elaine M. (Kuester) Hoyt, 95, a lifelong Menomonie resident, died Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Autumn Village following a brief stay. Elaine previously lived at Dancing Oaks the last three years. Elaine was born in Menomonie on July 31, 1930, a daughter of the late Carl and Mabel (Hintzman) Kuester. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Menomonie High School. CVTC board to vote on proposed 2026-27 budget
