Thursday's Table announces search for Food and Menu Coordinator

Thursday’s Table is a weekly meal provided free of charge to members of the community. To-go meals are prepared and served by volunteers who are led by a Food and Menu Coordinator.


The Thursday’s Table Board of Director’s is searching for one or two individuals to be independent contractors fulfilling the duties of the Food and Menu Coordinator.  The general duties include:  planning weekly to-go meals for approximately 130 guests; ordering and receiving food from Feed My People and West CAP; purchasing additional food supplies; communicating with and making sure that food is ready for the cooks and dessert makers; posting meal plans on-line and in the kitchen; working with the cooks, as needed; arranging for proper food and supplies organization and storage; providing reports to the Board; and being Serv-Safe certified.
