Thomas Rodney Schleusner, age 60, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, November 9, 2025.


He was born on March 28, 1965, to Loren and Mary (Hitz) Schleusner. Tom grew up in the Boyceville area and graduated from Boyceville High School.


Tom worked for many years at Nedland Industries, where he served as a lead maintenance technician and took great pride in his work. In his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors—hunting, working on the family farm, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also had a passion for building and smashing demolition derby cars, a hobby he shared with many family members and friends.


Tom is survived by his loving wife, Christine Schleusner of Menomonie; two children, Danial (Cierra) Schleusner of Menomonie and Amanda (Josh) Craighton of Plum City. Several grandchildren, many nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive him. He is further survived by his sister, Adeline (Schleusner) Holmberg, Judy (Schleusner) Wieland, Donald Schleusner.


Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Mary Schleusner; his sister, Marian Schleusner; and his nephew, Richard Schleusner.


Tom will be remembered for his hard work, generous heart, and love for family. His spirit will live on through the many memories he created with those who knew and loved him.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Kyote’s Den Bar and Grill in Menomonie from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to come share stories and celebrate Tom’s life together.
