Karen Sue Meehan, 75, died at home in Menomonie, Wisconsin on Thursday December 25, 2025.


She was born October 19, 1950 in Millersburg, Ohio to James Edwin Meehan and Dolores Lee (Logston) Meehan of Brinkhaven, Ohio.


Karen was preceded in death by her parents.


She is survived by her sisters Gloria Meehan, Terry (Thomas) Biasi, Mary Jane (John) Ferguson, Julie (Kevin) Cox, Jennifer (Matthew) Streiff, nieces and nephews Gretchen (Michael) Blanker, Peter Biasi, Tony (Beckee) Biasi, Rebecca Biasi, Jacob Ferguson, Jack Ferguson, Joey Ferguson, Benjamin Streiff, Anna Streiff and great-nephews Lou Biasi, and Lee Biasi.


Karen loved God, family, friends and animals. She enjoyed parties, dancing, doing jigsaw puzzles, crafts and helping others. Karen also enjoyed performing with community choir and the years she competed in Special Olympic events.


Devoted companion dog, Teasha, brought her much joy. Karen's faith was strong and she always honored family dinners by saying grace.


Appreciation to the Robert and Kathy Stensvad family for caring support and guidance during the years Karen resided in their home. Sincere gratitude to Galen and Dina Babb, their family and Heritage Home (management, care staff and resident family) for the many years of love, friendship, loving care and dedicated commitment to Karen's wellbeing.


On August 8, 2026 a family gathering will be held at Brinkhaven Cemetery in Brinkhaven, Ohio for a celebration of Karen's life.
