Stepping Stones in search of backpack donations

Help our neighbors on the street stay safe, organized, and mobile.

We are requesting community members to support individuals experiencing homelessness in our community through Stepping Stones of Dunn County. For someone living on the street, a durable backpack is an absolute lifeline—it is their closet, their pantry, medications, and personal belongings.

What We Need:

• New or gently used, sturdy backpacks (heavy-duty zippers, and water-resistant materials are highly preferred).

• Large capacities or hiking backpacks are incredibly helpful for day-to-day survival.

Drop-Off Information:

• Where: Bring your donations directly to Stepping Stones of Dunn County at 1602 Stout Rd, Menomonie, WI.
