Posted on Facebook (edited) - An envelope containing $200 in cash was found in the Aldi parking lot the afternoon of Sunday, June 9th. If it's yours, go to Aldi's and let them know what was written on the outside of the envelope to prove it's yours.

There are no races at the Red Cedar Speedway this Friday, June 14th.

From the Bridge to Hope Facebook page: If you have any leftover rocks (decent size - 5-6 inches) from landscaping projects, we would love to take some off your hands! We are also looking for a donation of mulch and pavers to create a kindness garden for our shelter. Thank you!

Here's an article about brewery nonic that appeared on The Business News website.

Posted on Facebook - Thank you to everyone that took part in the YMCA Market Feasibility study. We had almost 500 households complete a phone interview and another 950 complete the online survey, these are great results. Our YMCA team has met with the city and other area leaders to discuss the results and discuss if there are possibilities for the future. We will keep you updated, if there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at Again, thank you!

An old truck was pulled out of Lake Menomin this week. Here's a clip from WQOW with more information. Here's the Facebook post from the Menomonie Police Department.

From the Mabel Tainter Facebook page: Volunteer applications are now open for Mabel Tainter ushers, docents, and more! If you've ever wanted to learn more about the "behind-the-scenes" of theater, the history of our historic building, or if you're just passionate about lending a helping hand, we think you'd be the perfect fit. Applications can be found HERE. Show priority for ushers is first come, first serve, so if there's a show you really want to usher for, make sure to fill out that application ASAP and either drop it off during our open hours or email it to!
