Valentine's Day is a month away!
Please consider participating in sending Valentine’s Day cards to military veterans living in Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs facilities.
This is a great chance to show your appreciation to the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to ensure that our country remains the land of the free.
I especially think this is a wonderful opportunity for students to work on their writing and to express their gratitude.
Please send all cards to:
Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs
Attn: Veteran Valentines
PO Box 7843
Madison, WI 53707-7843
Valentine’s Day cards should be mailed no later than January 31st to make certain they are received by veterans on February 14. Because of potential allergies and dietary restrictions, please do not include any candy or food with the cards.
