The Menomonie Area Chamber & Visitor Center Board of Directors  is pleased to announce the selection of Andrew Holt as the organization’s new CEO. Holt will begin his new role on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Holt was selected following an extensive search conducted by the Chamber’s Board of Directors. The Board sought a leader who could build on the Chamber’s strong foundation while bringing fresh perspective, energy, and leadership to the organization and the business community it serves.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew Holt as the new CEO of the Menomonie Area Chamber & Visitor Center.  He brings more than a decade of experience in Chamber and downtown leadership, along with a proven track record of building strong relationships and leading with integrity,” said Travis Ida, Board President and CEO of Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley. “Just as importantly, Andrew understands that successful organizations are built on trust, accountability, and meaningful relationships within the community.  The Board of  Directors has every confidence that he is the right leader to guide the Chamber into its next chapter, and we are  excited about what’s ahead.”

Holt brings over 15 years of experience in the Chamber and Downtown industry. Prior to joining the Chamber, he led Chamber and Main Street organizations in Lawrence and Topeka, Kansas, as well as in Yakima and Dayton,  Washington – his areas of leadership covering many areas from traditional chamber to tourism, strategic planning  to economic development, and from membership to event management.

“I am truly excited to be the new President & CEO,” says Holt. “This is a wonderful community. It is not only visually beautiful but also has so much to offer. I am struck by the commitment of the community members  towards their community’s well-being. And thus, am honored to be selected for this role and look forward to  partnering on many achievements in the future.”

In his new role, Holt will lead the Chamber’s efforts to support local businesses, advocate for the business community, provide networking and educational opportunities, and promote economic growth.

One of his first priorities will be getting to know Chamber members and community partners and learning more about the opportunities and challenges facing local businesses.
