Health Department Water Lab Accepting Samples

EXCITING NEWS! The Health Department’s Water Lab is now accepting well water samples for bacteria and nitrate testing! Sample kits can be picked up at the Health Department.

Well water samples are accepted:

• Monday-Wednesday: 8am-4pm

• Thursday: 8am-12pm

Sampling Cost:

• Bacteria Testing: $25.00

• Nitrate Testing: $30.00

Don't forget to test your well every year for bacteria and nitrate. Well water should also be tested if the water starts to taste, look, or smell different.
