An avid outdoorsman, Jerry loved hunting, fishing, and helping his nephews on the farm. He was also known for his love of westerns and could often be found watching them on television.

Throughout his life, Jerry held several occupations. He owned and operated his own antenna and tower service business, worked at the Farmers Store, and later served as a custodian at UW–Stout until his retirement. He was respected for his strong work ethic and willingness to lend a helping hand.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Naomi; his children, Sheri, Sid, Kristin, Bryan, and Stacy; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Elaine; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lavern and Ida Miller; his brothers, Lavern and David; his sisters, Arlene and Winnie; his brothers-in-law, Dick and Windy; his son, Wayne; his daughter-in-law, Marge; and his special companion, Maddi, his beloved German Shorthaired Pointer.
