The Dunn County Treatment Opportunity Program (TOP) provides eligible individuals with a path toward recovery while helping reduce involvement in the traditional justice system.

TOP focuses on treatment, accountability, and support by connecting participants with services that address substance use and help build a healthier future.

A person can be referred in several ways, including:

• Self-referral

• District Attorney's Office

• Defense attorney

• Probation or parole

• Jail staff

• Someone who wants to help
