City chipsealing road work - week of July 27

The City of Menomonie will be chipsealing several roadways on the south side of the City during the week of July 27, 2026, as shown in the attached maps. This standard maintenance process includes traffic control, street sweeping, spraying of oil, and spreading of chip rock.

Please be prepared for lane closures that will occur during operations. After completion, roadways will have loose rock until fully seated by traffic (or removal by sweeping). Please drive carefully as braking lengths will be extended. Motorcyclists and bicyclists should take special precaution due to the loose rock.
