Todd A. Tuma

Todd A. Tuma, age 48 of Menomonie, died suddenly on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Menomonie due to natural causes.

Todd was born on April 17, 1977 in La Crosse. He was the son of Richard and Theresa (Melde) Tuma. Todd grew up in La Crosse and graduated from Logan High School in 1995. After high school, Todd worked various jobs in the La Crosse area before finding his passion of auto repair and service to the community. Todd made his career at Youngstedt’s in Eau Claire, where he worked until his passing. On November 14, 2025, Todd married the love of his life, Corin Thompson. Together with Todd’s children they made their home in Menomonie.

Todd enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and grilling. He also liked to watch horror movies. Most of all Todd loved spending time with family and friends, especially his children.

Todd is survived by his wife, Corin, four children, Kaytlyn Rose (Sean) Byrnes of Wilberton, OK, Dakota (Kammi) of Arcadia, Christopher of Menomonie and Hunter of Menomonie, two granddaughters, Mavis and Maggie Byrnes, siblings, Bonnie Enoch, Ric (Teresa), Vicki (Don) Bowen, Don, Kevin, Frank (Sherry), Tim and Adam (Briana), his two dogs, Tiko and Millie, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Tuma.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00PM-7:00PM Tuesday, April 14, 2026 with a Prayer Service at 4:00PM with Rev. Jacob Mueller at the Rhiel Funeral Home in Menomonie.
