Thomas Hendricks

Tom Hendricks, age 55, of Menomonie, WI, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Sept. 29th, 2026, in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born August 17, 1971, in Menomonie, WI, to Bill Dahl and Terry (Hendricks) Brown. He grew up in Menomonie and attended Menomonie schools.

Tom married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Holmberg, Sept. 3, 1993, in Menomonie. They had two daughters and were blessed later with one granddaughter.

Tom enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, golfing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, loud rock music, and very much enjoyed co-owning Red Cedar Home Improvements LLC with his brother, Jake Whittier.

Tom loved being outdoors and just being busy; he could never sit still. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone at any time.

Tom loved, enjoyed, and was so very proud of his daughters and his (best friend) granddaughter. These three girls were his world.

Unfortunately, on July 13th, 2026, Tom suffered a stroke. He was still trying to recover from the effects of it. He was a fighter and was determined to overcome these obstacles.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jen of Menomonie; two daughters, Ashliegh (Travis) Michael of Minnesota and Amber (Dustin) Lawrence of Menomonie; and his granddaughter, Grace Lawrence of Menomonie. His mom, Terry (Jeff) Brown; brothers, Jake (Ann) Whittier, Michael (Sarah) Brown; sister, Mandi Brown; brother, Derek (Jess) Brown; and sister, Stacy (Lloyd) Brock; Sisters-in-law, Lori Holmberg, and Michelle Holmberg; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, William M. Dahl; mother-in-law, Rita Holmberg; Aunt Karen Donnelly; Uncle Dick Hanson; Aunt Mary Lee Knopps; and many other family and friends.

Tom wanted a celebration of life and no funeral. A date and time will come later, next spring or early summer.
