In 1954 in a small recording studio in Memphis Tennessee, something happened that would change the face of music. A producer by the name of Sam Phillips had a studio called Sun Records and began recording music that would evolve into what became known as Rock and Roll. The world hasn’t been the same since. The impact of some of the legends of Sun Records has had on the culture spans the generations and defies understanding. Their styles are often copied, but never duplicated. Until now… Finally, one man can do it all; The look, the moves, the voice, the essence.

Joe Sir performs the songs from the different periods of Elvis’ and Johnny’s career: the early hits of the 50’s and 60’s, the Gospel music, and finally songs from their later years where they left their imprint forever. But his tribute to Elvis and Johnny Cash is much deeper than just entertainment. His performance tells a story and completes the picture of who Elvis and Johnny really were.

Audiences agree, “Joe Sir is the best Tribute artist around.”

The show features other legends who were pioneers with Elvis and Johnny in shaping this new genre called rock and roll. Such as: Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Roy Orbison. With special appearances by Buddy Holly, Patsy Cline and Brenda Lee. This is a very family friendly show with a positive message that engages the crowd.

Audiences leave feeling like they have just experienced history for the very first time.

Joe Sir and The Elvis Show have been featured on KARE 11 in Minneapolis and WCCO in St. Paul; WISN Milwaukee; KTTC Rochester noon talk show; and KAAL Austin's channel 6 news. They perform at theatres, resorts, parks, fairs and festivals across the country and were featured at the annual Buddy Holly Winter Dance Party at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, IA. The last concert venue for Buddy Holly.
