UW-Stout Continuing Education is adding new personal enrichment offerings, and wants to know what types of courses you'd be interested in attending. Whether you’ve been wanting to pick up a new hobby, sharpen a professional skill, or just try something fun over the weekend, we want to hear about it. Your feedback is the most important part of how we decide which courses to bring to the community next. Please take this SHORT SURVEY to help.
Vino Cappuccino is seeking artists to display their work in its library during the summer. If interested, please email us at info@vino-capp.com and include pictures of your art. Vino Cappuccino will also host 5 artisan markets, one each month from May through September. Each market will feature 20 vendors and a wide variety of local, handmade goods. The Caring Closet will be open on Saturday, May 2nd, from 10am-noon and Wednesday, May 6th, from 5 pm-7pm. All clothing is donated and free to whoever needs it. Donations (gently used clothing and bedding) are accepted during open times. The Caring Closet is located in the New Life Nazarene Church basement at 1002 8th St, Menomonie.
