MMS school sport sign up

Menomonie Middle School Athletics will be moving to an online registration for athletics this year. Please sign up by completing this form by July 31, 2025. This will help with scheduling and assessing coaching needs.

The athletic fee is $50. Only one fee is charged per school year. We will still have the athletic table with information and t-shirts (available to purchase for $20) at the Meet and Greet on August 26th.   Please pay activity fee and t-shirt purchases separately.

Please note: Athletes must have a valid physical (every 2 years), sign the code of conduct form, and have an emergency card on file. These will all be available at the athletic table at the Meet and Greet.
