No matter where you are in your fitness, there is a spot for you in this class. Check your calendar and make sure you can commit to the 16 classes, then grab a friend and join us. You can do this! Let’s take the first step together!

Class is FREE
For runners & walkers ages 14+
Meet in library meeting room
Complete a 5K at the end of class (May 13th or May 16th)
REGISTRATION is required.
