Constance Rae (Weiss) Boone-Rouse

Connie Rae, age 79, a native of Menomonie, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at her home in Florida.

Connie was born on February 13, 1946, in Menomonie, Wisconsin to James L. Weiss and Ruth V. (Jensen) Stoeklen-Weiss. She grew up in the Boyceville area but graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School, Kenosha Wisconsin on June 4, 1964.

Connie was a licensed pilot, handwriting analysis expert, certified floral arranger & loved to plan & create parties for friends and loved ones.

Connie is survived by her husband, Peter, of Ocala, Florida; two sisters, Sandy of Menomonie and Roxie of Elk Mound; and her brother, Randal, of Boyceville. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her former Husband Lonnie Keith Boone; parents, James and Ruth; three brothers, Rick, Paul and Bruce; three sisters, Pat, Carol and Nancy.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Burial will take place at Christ Lutheran Halvorson Cemetery in Menomonie.
