Example: If your child had a physical April 1, 2025, or after, the physical will be good through the 2026-2027 school year.

If your child had a physical before April 1, 2025, the physical will be good through the 2025-2026 school year.

If your child had a checkup recently, contact the healthcare provider and ask about getting a completed physical form. The required form can be found HERE.

A $100 activity fee is required for each student. The activity fee can be paid anytime Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm at the high school office. Payment can also be made through Skyward. After logging in, select fee management on the left-hand side. You will need to add the fee first, and then select make a payment. There is a $3.00 fee to pay online.

Season activity passes can be purchased HERE. These are good for sporting events and MHS plays and musicals. These cannot be used for playoff games.
