Council delays Ward 9 alderperson appointment
At the January 20th meeting, the Menomonie City Council voted to delay appointing a replacement for the vacant Ward 9 alderperson seat, opting instead to open the position to interested residents. Ward 9 Council Member Sydney Brennen officially resigned effective January 9, 2026, after moving out of the ward. UW-Stout Dean's List Fall 2025
The Dean's List recognizes undergraduate students who complete a minimum of 12 undergraduate GPA-affecting credits with a 3.5 or higher grade point average for the Fall and Spring terms. Students can request a certificate noting the achievement. Four-Star Recognition is given to students who attain a straight "A" average with a minimum of 12 undergraduate credits for the semester.
