Pick-Up Conversation at the Menomonie Public Library

Are you looking for a chance to meet with people in Menomonie, WI, and just talk?
You are not alone. Sometimes I feel like I just need a place to go to talk to people face-to-face. So, a small group of us who have had similar ideas have worked with the Menomonie Public Library to arrange for a time and place where people can just show up to talk.
This is kind of like the unorganized sports activities where people show up and play with whoever shows up. That is what we are doing here, a Pick-up Conversation.
We are currently scheduled for every Saturday morning in April from 9 to 10 a.m. We will be in the Gesche Room, and everyone is welcome to attend. This is kind of an experiment to see if people will show up for this kind of event.
