Food Foundations Course at MMFC - October 14th

Food Foundations Course taught by Kali Storm of Root Level Living.
Learn how to make real food simple, nourishing, and sustainable without complicated recipes or restrictive rules.
This course includes information on three complete meals from one grocery bag, showing you how to shop intentionally, use whole-food ingredients, and create meals that actually support your body. We will cover the science and biology behind what happens in the body as we eat these certain foods, supporting our detox pathways that happen naturally in the body.
We’ll explore Root Level Living principles like:
1.) Food as the foundation — nourishing the body from the root up
2.) Simple, intentional grocery shopping without overwhelm
3.) Whole, nutrient-dense foods over highly processed convenience foods
4.) Understanding the why behind what we eat, not just following a meal plan
5.) Creating a healthier relationship between food, home, and overall well-being
Three meals. One grocery bag. Endless possibilities.
Because healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to be rooted in the right foundation.
