The Downsville Museum is offering a series of learning events throughout the summer.

The museum is located at E4541 County Road C in Downsville.



Saturday, July 11th

12 PM - 2 PM

What's It? - by Tim Dotseth


Do you have those "old" items you wondered - What's It? Bring those items, or pictures of them, and talk with Tim Dotseth to see what they are and get some history on them.



Saturday, July 18th

1 PM - 2:30 PM

Sour Dough Bread Making Class - by Richard Thomas


Come learn how to make sourdough bread from Richard Thomas, owner of Baking Dog Bakery.



Saturday, August 15th

1 PM - 2:30 PM

Prairie Restoration Presentation - by Steve Hogseth


Steve Hogseth will talk on the importance and meaning of Prairie Restoration for future generations.



Saturday, August 22nd

12 PM - 12:30 PM

History of Chippewa Valley Bean - by Cindy Doane Brown


Cindy will present on the history of her family's business, Chippewa Valley Bean.
