Menomonie City Council awards nonprofit grants at March 24 meeting
The Menomonie City Council opened its March 24 meeting with a public hearing on a proposed application for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to support Phase II of construction for Well #9. City Council approves rental ordinance
The City Council Chambers were full on Monday, February 2nd, as council members considered proposed Ordinance 2026-02, which would repeal and replace Title 9, Chapter 2 governing residential rental properties. Wakanda Waterpark has solid year in 2024
At the October 7th City Council meeting, Menomonie Parks and Recreation Director Mitch Stai presented the 2024 Wakanda Park Report. Attendance was down a little compared to 2023. There were several closures in June due to the weather, although most of those closures were not full days. Total revenues were $129,800.49 and total expenses were $138,122.06.
