The library teams up with Mayo Clinic Health System to bring you FREE Yoga.

Are you ready to pause, quiet your mind, and be present? Join us in the meeting room every Monday to bring some calm to your busy days.

Mondays from 9-10 am

in person or online via zoom

Yoga provides great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits. As with any exercise, please consult your health care professional with any questions or concerns before starting any exercise program
