Wakanda Waterpark opening for season June 7th

Watch for detours to park entrance due to road construction

The Wakanda Waterpark will open for the 2025 season on Saturday, June 7th, and will remain open until August 24th.

Hours for the season:

Monday - Thursday: 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Friday - Sunday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Please note that the waterpark may close early throughout the season due to low attendance or weather. Please call Wakanda Waterpark at (715) 232-5050 or check their Facebook page to verify hours.

Daily Admission Fees: 

Ages 3+: $6.00 per person              

Group Rate (15+): $5.00 per person              

Infants (2 and under): Free

Season passes are available. Online or at the Rec. Dept. Office.

Road Construction:

Pine Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Wilson Street and the Wakanda Elementary School driveway until June 9th due to construction. The detour route will change as the project progresses. Look for an updated post on the Wakanda Waterpark Facebook page.

The school driveway will remain accessible to access the Waterpark from the east, and detour signs will be in place using Knapp Street, Maple Avenue, and Wakanda Park Road. Crews will be removing pavement and sidewalks early in the project, so please expect bumpy conditions and plan to drive slowly through the area.

To keep everyone moving safely, a temporary pedestrian walkway will be available along Maple Avenue between Messenger Street and Wakanda Park Road.
