Summer Programming at the Menomonie Public Library

The Menomonie Public Library has summer reading programs for elementary students, teens, and adults. Readers create accounts through Beanstack and log minutes for chances to win prizes. Follow this link to register.

In person Storytime returns this summer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 9 am. More information can be found on the flyer below and in this recent post.

Music Over Menomin returns this year with music scheduled for five Thursdays in July. Music starts on the library lawn at 7 pm. See the below flyer for the full line up.

The library will be open until 8pm on Thursday evenings.

The Crime Book Club continues to meet virtually on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6pm-7pm via Zoom. The June title is The Widows of Malabar Hill. The July title is Date With Death. The August title is Before the Frost.

Movie streaming through Kanopy - Get free access to thousands of movies with your MPL library card. A kids version is available too. To sign up just enter your library card and create a PIN or password. The kids version provides unlimited plays while the standard version gives a cardholder 12 play credits per month with each movie using 1 credit. Note, you must have a card from the Menomonie Public Library to sign up for this.

Dunn County News Archives - The Dunn County News archives are available digitally through the library's website. Years available are 1862-2021. Searches can be done by date or key word/name.
