Scholarships Available for Non-Traditional Students in Dunn County Area

The Community Foundation of Dunn County (CFDC) has two special interest scholarships available to non-traditional students in the Dunn County Area.


The deadline to apply for these scholarships is July 1st at 4pm.


1. The Barb Schmelzle Promise Award for Women: This award will be given to help non-traditional female students experiencing financial need and who have experienced extreme and adverse life experiences make progress towards furthering their education in any field.

Amount: Up to $1,000

2. The Dr. James and Gail Haemmerle Scholarship: This award will offer FULL tuition to non-traditional students in the Dunn County area who want to obtain an associate degree, technical diploma or certificate program in ANY FIELD.

Amount: Up to $20,000
