Learn to Play Pickleball: 101 Instructor: Jan Lucas
Learn the basics of how to play pickleball in just 2 hours! You will learn the three unique rules of pickleball and practice them. You will learn the proper technique for gripping a paddle (how and how hard to hold it, aka “grip pressure”) and swing technique.
You will play a game with others in the class to practice implementing what you have learned. By the end of the class, you will learn 90% of everything you need to know in order to play the game (basic rules and basic strategy) in order to get you playing on the courts the next time you come out.
Pickleball equipment is provided. Just bring proper tennis shoes and bottled water. It is also recommended to wear sunglasses and a visor/hat.
Where: Wakanda Pickleball Courts (by the Waterpark)
