The 2023 Brewery Dogs of Menomonie calendar will be available this weekend at the Humane Society's Furkin Fest. Calendars will be available after this weekend at several local businesses. I will post a list of specific businesses when it becomes available.

The Menomonie Police Department posted a reminder that signs are not allowed to be posted in the vision triangle of a traffic intersection or in the public right of way.

It's National Preparedness Month. Dunn County shared some financial preparedness tips such as gather financial and critical personal, household and medical information in one place and consider saving money in an emergency savings account that could be used in a crisis. For more helpful financial preparedness tips visit this website.

Another preparedness tip shared by Dunn County - FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) has a free app for Apple and Android phones that offers real-time weather alerts, disaster resources and preparedness tips. You can also send notifications to loved ones. The app is simply called FEMA.
