The Mabel Tainter reposted a video from May 2020 - Mabel Tainter Memorial - Haunted Wisconsin (Ghost Investigation). This is a YouTube video that lasts less than 20 minutes. Definitely worth watching.


A wide variety of items are always for sale at the Menomonie Senior Center (1412 6th Street), including knitted blankets and hats, quilts, scarves, beaded jewelry, doll clothes and much, much more - all hand made by local seniors. Stop by Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm.


It will be a busy weekend in Menomonie. Spring commencement will be held for 1,105 graduates on Saturday, May 7, at UW-Stout. There are three ceremonies - 9:30am, 1:30 pm, and 5pm.


May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health America has compiled a number of online screeners covering a variety of mental health concerns. Find them here. Information found on the Dunn County ADRC Facebook page.


Let's Paint the Town! is a community event being held on July 23rd from 10am-7pm in downtown Menomonie. The day will be filled with crafters, vendors, a kids' area, and more. Let's Pain the Town! is looking for community members to be involved - non-profit or civic organizations that would be interested in having a booth, displaying a product, or just helping out with this community-wide event.
