Virtual Yoga and Meditation through the Library


The Menomonie Public Library will once again be hosting virtual yoga and meditation sessions in July and August.


Teresa Adams, certified yoga and meditation instructor, will be leading free sessions on Zoom. Yoga will be held on Wednesdays at 10 am and meditation will be held on Thursdays at 10 am. Follow the links below to join the session. Virtual yoga and meditation are sponsored by Mayo Clinic Health System, Being Human Yoga, and the library.
