National Trails Day - June 3rd


June 3rd National Trails Day-- Come enjoy a free day on the Red Cedar Trail. There will be activities at the Depot Visitors Center in Menomonie WI (824 Hudson Road). Activities go from 10 am until noon and include Menomonie Public Library Bookmobile, Play Space, fishing, biking, bike tune-ups from Simple Sports, prizes, craft project, giant bubbles, snacks and more.


A limited number of free bike helmets will be available through Dunn County Health Department/Community Foundation. “Snake Discovery” is back again this year featuring turtles, salamanders, and snakes. All events are free. In case of rain this event will be held at the Menomonie Public library. Event sponsored by Friends of the Red Cedar Trail Hoffman Hills and the DNR.
